Project rationale

Why this design study exists

Public information must be found quickly and read calmly. This prototype tests how clear hierarchy, generous whitespace, and disciplined typography help visitors locate notices, service links, and civic resources.

The accessibility targets explored include high-contrast text on a restrained navy-and-neutral palette, predictable navigation, and plain-language labels. The aim is a familiar structure that a first-time visitor can scan in seconds.
